What is in the PerformanceCheck™ Program?

The PerformanceCheck™ is a quick, simple and straightforward review of all aspects of a company's go-to-market environment. The critical difference with this program is that it is delivered by consultants who are respected industry executives – all of them have been in relevant leadership positions.

Most assessments can be completed within two weeks and are based on our three-level assessment programme.

• Review. Starting with the company's business plan, the PerformanceCheck™ looks at the effectiveness and impact of business development, sales, marketing, positioning and messaging in addition to partner engagement activities.
  
  
• Analysis. The analysis will match objectives to results, test the effectiveness of the management team, the penetration and awareness in target market and the companies overall ability to execute to its business strategy. Where appropriate, we will recommend an initial snap shot of the business using the PerceptionMonitor™
  
  
• Workshop. Results are presented back using best practice techniques. The syndicate team will then make recommendations for change and introduce a change leadership program to the board.
